We want to make your media day experience as seamless as possible.
Does the team need to do anything before a Media Day shoot?
Before the shoot please make sure you have provided us with the following information:
1. A full roster -- Names and Numbers included
2. Day of Shoot Point of Contact
3. Provided your team with the necessary information —> we make this part easy for you! We'll send you a note with all the relevant shoot information that you can copy and paste to your team.
How long before the Media Day Photos/Graphics are released?
Once we have recived full payment after the shoot, you can expect the photos in 5-7 business days.
We'll send you a personal gallery for the team to access all of the media day contents.
Where does the Media Day happen?
Typically we come to your regular practice time. This allows us to pull athletes for their pictures, and let the coaches run a practice still. This also helps with scheduling for the team!
WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMEONE MISSES THE MEDIA DAY?
This situation is very scenario based. We are happy to accommodate missed players with one free makeup shoot. After that if a player misses the shoot again, we will charge a small fee for another shoot.
What should the athletes wear to the media day?
Athletes are required to bring / wear their “game gear”. This includes anything they would typically wear in a game. If a team has multiple jersey sets, the team can select what colour they wear for the shoot.
